WHO'S WHO Email
Send
email to other members, business acquaintances,
or anyone else from your own WHO'S WHO account
simply by logging onto the Member’s Only section
of our website. Once logged in, select IWW
Mail from the menu selection bar. Your IWW
Email account In Bin will appear. In this
screen you can read, delete, or transfer
emails to folders you have created. The
side menu has additional buttons you may choose
from to select—Reload; Logout; Compose; Folders;
Addresses; and Options.
Reload—Will refresh your view.
Logout—Will allow you to logout
of the email program when you are ready to do
so.
Compose—Is where you can create
email messages. It has the standard areas such
as: To:; CC:; From:; Subject. There is
a text box to key your message in and an attach
button to send attachments. Simply select Send
or Cancel.
Folders—This view will show you
existing folders that are created including
these standard folders: In Box, Sent, and Trash.
To create new folders, simply type the new folder
name in the Create a New Folder Called Box and
click the New Folder button.
Addresses—Create personalized
address areas for individuals or groups. To
create a new address file for an individual
simply select Individual New. Key in
the Nickname (required field), email address
(required field), Last Name. Select, Save, or
Cancel. Do not use a comma or semi colon
to separate entries. Just list one address per
line.

select Group New. Key in the Nickname
(required field), email address (required field).
Select Save or Cancel. Do not use a comma or
semi colon to separate entries. Just list one

Options—This view will show you
the Preferences for your email account. Under
the Identity section, you will see a
section Your real name (i.e. Ryan Alyn Porter).
Your email address will show your existing
email address (i.e. rap@mycompany.com).
Default outgoing server: (i.e. mail.mycompany.com)
allows you to list the server you would like
the email sent from. A signature box
is also available for you to key in your name
and contact information that will be saved and
appended to all outgoing messages sent from
your account.
The following are additional items you may select
within this screen:
-Remove from server—deletes messages
from incoming server as they are downloaded
to WW mail.
-Remove on demad—deletes messages
from the incoming server after they have been
deleted from WW mail.
-Save deleted messages—Copies
deleted messages to the Trash folder.
-Save outgoing messages—Stores
a copy of outgoing messages to the SENT folder.
Also under the Options section is Startup: which
allows you to:
-Go to INBOX—Show message list
for INBOX folder on startup.
-Go to folder list—Go directly
to the folder list on startup. This is useful
if you have multiple accounts configured to
deposit mail in different folders.
Simply make your selections and Save or Cancel.
